Future Ready Academy (FRA) is a S.T.E.A.M. & A.I. enrichment academy that prepares next generation for the Future of Work. We are rapidly expanding in Singapore and soon, across the region.

At FRA, students of various age groups can develop different aspects of S.T.E.A.M. knowledge, skills and mindset through science, coding, robotics, AI, 3D printing and video animation activities.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Learn, curate, and localize both offline and online advanced S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) curriculums from various international partners for Singapore and ASEAN market.
• Crystallize S.T.E.A.M. learning of curriculums by coaching learners using 21st century skills
• Utilise knowledge on programming languages and robotics
• Content creation for digital animation, robotics and coding for learners from varying age groups
• Web design and maintenance

Learning Objectives and Outcomes

• Enhance and apply knowledge on electronics engineering, robotics and IOT skills with various programming in different domains
• Develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Foster coaching and leadership skills in the team-based experiential learning environment
• Build resilience and entrepreneurial mindset

• Diploma or degree preferably in engineering, computer science, or education discipline, other disciplines can also be considered
• Any experience in training especially of technical or digital skills will be a significant advantage
• Tech-savvy individuals with the ability to learn, adapt, and train different programs fast
• Commitment to excellence with a positive work attitude
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Passion for teaching
